54mm is a scale, I've read somewhere, that the total height is approximately 70mm. This is another great model (apart from ears, which are IMO too big) in Warlord Saga line. I love that model. Some mistakes can be noticed on the chainmail. Apart for that - it is great. I have to admit, that I prefer such painting style, than new "rackhamish" fancy style.
