sea.man`s Hell Dorado Les Sarrasins
Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
Yep i just feel there are much more interesting parts on the model, which takes the focus away from his face.
Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
Now I can say that either this bustard was born ugly or try to improve the face
But seriously, I understand what you mean. Thank you for the feedback!

Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
One idea is the hair band he has, make it red or something quite outstanding compared with the other colours. This might give it some extra emphasis on his head, or even a tattoo?
Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
I think there's one good way of making the head focus attention...more WORK WITH LIGHT!
Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
I see how much can be done with this one, but I think I will just move on to another one - remembering what I could improve.

Just now on the photo I saw green dots on the armoury, I'll get it fixed tonight.

Thanks Marek!
I am wondering whether to tone the green parts with green wash a bit.

Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
Yeah it looks pretty good!
The green parts can use a couple of glazes to make the transition between blue and green a bit smoother, and the scale armour could use a couple of highlights along some edges.

Re: sea.man`s Les Sarrasins
To smooth it, I would personally go with a royal blue ink in the deepest part, then green wash on the whole, a green-yellow highlight and thin green wash on the whole again. But it is cool already.
