How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Some new Greens for new year. All in 28mm but real size is about 20mm from from feet to eyes line. All are wip - all not finished.

I think that Julia Timoshenko looks much better than dwarf women :) with big nose :) but I use picture of Julia Timoshenko to sculpt this hiar :) really :)
