New Eavy Metal members

Post by Szary »

From the 5th January the Games Workshop official painting group - the Eavy Metal Studio is supported by two new members:

Kornel Kozak and Tom Winston.

Kornel Kozak is a Polish, known on CofC as a "Kornel" or "Wulfen". He worked recently in GW Plaza store in London. He was also on GD PL and has earned a bronze in Open Category with his diorama:

He has no CMON gallery yet, but some his earlier works can be found here:

Goblin shaman
SM Mutant

Tom Winstone is English guy from Nottingham. Lately he made a third place in last EM painting contest on Facebook with his Farseer:

They were chosen from candidates from a whole world who applied for this job. Now they will work amongst the miniatures painting elite:
Darren Latham (razza), Kirsten Williams, Anja Wettergren (astonia), Keith Robertson (durham red), Fil Dunn (fildunn) and Joe Tomaszewski (brokenblade), who was since now the latest addition to the team.

Congrats for both for the their new job. I`m waiting for their new works :)

They both have such lovely work, good going guys.

Does anyone have a link to that facebook group?

[EDIT]

Don't worry I found it :D
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again
