An easy recipe for a yummy fish:
Orata al cardamomo
Sparus auratus (gilthead sea bream) with cardamom
Ingredients for 2:
2 Sparus auratus 400-500 gr
1 Onion
Cardamom
Oil
Clean the fish if necessary(removing the interiors), remove the squames with the back of a knife
Cut the onions in thiny slices
Put little oil in a pan
When the oil is hot, put the onion and some cardamom (around 10 pods) in the pan
When the onion has become gold and soft, put it and the cardamom in the cut made to clean the fish interiors.
Put the fishes in the pan and cover it.
Let it cook for approx 7-10 min for side (it depends on how much the fish is big and "fat").
Add salt (if you like)
