ClockWork Paladin Miniatures: let's start!

Post by ClockWorkPaladin »

Hi everybody!

I'm here to present this new "miniatures heavy forge", named "ClockWork Paladin", a newborn small firm made by me, Durgin, and Valerio "Yro" Terranova, a young, talented, "digital sculptor".

We have one goal: top quality miniatures in 30mm scale!

We sculpt with digital tools (zbrush), and our minis will be in top quality resin (no failcast ), and actually we have designed two different range of miniatures:

1) Garou: a project completely made by Yro, with very special miniatures, a "grotesque and exhilarating" fantasy.

2) The third key: a project made by myself, where I try to put classical "fantasy creatures" (dwarf, elf and others) in a new world inspired to oriental mythology and tradition (japanese, chinese, indian etc).

At the moment, I can show you our creative process with our first two models for "The Third Key" range, a Goiko warrior and a Nami warrior.

let's start with our first miniature, Goiko Warrior!

here the z-brush sculpture:

and here the second miniature: Nami warrior!

and a little sneak peek of the resin copy:

they are 30mm scale, resin and the Goiko warrior will be available on november, price: 10,5 euros.

As you've seen, the idea behind "The third key" range is to bring traditional fantasy stereotypes (dwarfs, elves etc etc) and put them into a new universe oriental-inspired, wich BackGround will be revealed soon.

for any questions, don't be shy, even if I'm italian and here we study french, i will do all my best to give you understandable answers

and if you want to know every updates of ClockWork miniatures (and there are very big projects for beginning 2013...), please follow us (and share  ) on our official page:

The gap between 3D sculpts and traditional ones is rapidly closing....
