There's a lot improvement already! My biggest comment on your previous pictures was the missing darklining, but it looks like you nailed that on your last paintjob!

Contrast still needs work though..

Good start and the idea is good.
Things I would consider working on:
- there are some places on the base where you seen white styroforam
- the sign doesn't look natural and is way to high
- the metal parts could be more highlighted
miniatures painted:
2011 - 83, 2012 - 38, 2013 - 45, 2014 - 56, 2015 - 95, 2016 - 106, 2017 - 22

sign plate is actualy best - properly wethered :) (bit to high)
base as usual - dry pigments is your frend :) get them :)
minature looks much betterthen previous - butther is a posibility to get better photos of minature - close ups ??
so we will be able to rend judgment about mini not as a pice of diorama but asa single pice :)

helo again :
"Road side mutant"
Gun - sems just dark end in a "kalasnikow's black" end as it work on larger scale on thini minarures make guns end wepons look just black
to avoid that ppl tend to mix that with muh brighter metalic paint end add highlights

skin:
looks inked
in future try using a difrent colors of inks not only 1 a "flesh tone " but well deluted purple or other color will add intresting hue (ofcors aplayed in certain pointsnot floded all the mini :))

te new one is old warzone mini if i rymember it is somthing of Muawie ..

so we got a scenic base - this time better thinked then before no over siszing elements
ok about using inks :
after you used them end they dry solid - you mey end should use glazing to rehighlight desired parts
end as mentioned above with rod side mutant- yu mey mix inks for adicional colors or applay inks over inks (after dry_) for adicional colorysation

Maru,
I do restore the colour to original after having used the ink and I apply some highlights it seems that I need to get threw my head to start going for more definite colours as usually the ink or wash that I use you could say that I drown the part of the mini that I need to shade but for the first stage of shading the rest is done with spot application, I use the drowning to get a more uniform colour of the shade instead of the colour specific to one of the ones appearing on the mini. One thing I try out more often is to use shading with out the help of washes, as I got used to them while painting my tt figures, hard to give up old habit. On my next minis I will try to shade and highlight without the help of washes as I have seen that they ought to used for the purpose of adding a hue instead of being used as a means of putting in shadows.

PS. the new mini is a nefatrite of muhawe. I have given him the weird afro as to me he looked so grotesque that it was the only hair due that suited him.
Kind Regards
