15mm stuf is OK to paint a mini here or there, but that halftrack is one of around 15 I need for an army. 15 mini's all painted the same... just not my thing anymore! Glad you like it Mahon, it was enjoyable to paint the first one. The project has stalled out as I started painting the rest though.

Here's a little dude I painted up for a mini exchange. I like the range, their Brittanan troopers from Tor games. Stitchpunk I guess is what that genre is called. I learn something every day! The black on the hat looks pretty dissapointing to me. Haven't been able to get a decent looking black in a good long while. More practice I suppose!

Thanks Nameless. I wasn't displeased with the stitchpunk guy until I saw the pics of it. Oh well.

The Monkey is one of the Cool Mini or Not special edition thingies from a couple of years back. It's sculpted by Steve Buddle. I think there's still some left in the CMON store.

Nice looking mini. One thing that bothers me a bit is the blueish/green shade on those cog wheels but other than that he looks good. :) What size is he actually? 28-32mm or even smaller?

Yeah the cog thing is at best a distraction. Not real well thought out on my end.

The mini is 30mm-ish scale, probably waist high on a marine or so. Thanks for the crit, much appreciated!

Holy smokes it's been a while since I completed a mini. Longest stretch I've had in a long, long while. I painted this one up for a friend and also for a challenge over on the WAMP boards vs. the legendary CofC's very own Nameless! Of course this thing challenge has really dragged on so I won't blame Nameless if he's not so interested anymore. Anyway, here he is.

Great color selection and very smooth painting. I only miss some point of focus.
