I just started voting. Everything I've seen so far has been pretty meh, but I'm sure I'll get to the good stuff.

Edit: Wow, as soon as I posted that I hit an amazing steampunk Alice vignette.

Edit 2: My first 10! I have to know who painted that! Some of the freehands remind me of Marike, but the textures and scratchbuilding are beyond anything I've seen her do. Maybe one of the Spanish painters?

Final Edit: Finished voting. In the end, it's similar to last year: a few world-class pieces, and a lot of crap.

I gave that one, and that one only, a 10 too. Originality and painting are top! I don't have a clue who made it though.
I gave a few 9's (Yarry + mino, octopusguy,...) and other than that there was a lot of mediocre stuff.
