The COC exchange mini for superhessianv was a Van Saar Gang member (metal mini) from Necromunda.
I made a base out of Epxoie Sclupt Fixit as distressed concrete:

I painted this for Pandadosmares. 'Cept I didn't follow the rules of painting a 28mm mini on foot. And in a panic I forgot to sign the bottom of the plinth. What a potato head! Anyway...
