True, but honestly, looking at the Dark Eldar army, it's insane. I mean, doing that kind of scheme on a single miniature is awsome, but on a whole army :cry:

I would have said any other chapters but not Ultramarines.

why? because they have slightly different shade than GW studio army?

Well, they're turquoise, not usual blue.
Not saying it's bad, just unsual and not easy to recognise as Ultramarines.

I wrote my post before Arsies's army was posted, I don't read future... yet ;)
Most of those armies look great, not because of quality of their paint jobs, but because someone had an idea/theme/history in his head. Those are the things that make an army :)

After first picture you think, what a cool looking army. After the last one - oh it was dipped.
You look at those armies from 1-2 meters away and super blended paint jobs don't play that big role.
This army doesn't even have highlights painted, but still looks super cool! Mostly thanks to color selection.
