Yup - it's the second time I've used my airbrush properly, the first was on the tank I showed earlier in the thread. I have lots and lots to learn about how to use it.

On the next miniature I'm going to use it to push the shadows further than I did on this one, however as I've already blocked colors in and black lined the armor I'll use glazes on this guy.

Also I'm not sure whether or not to add weathering, and if I do what style, just chips or grime streaks too?

Started to shade the hammer head and add test scratches / shading to the model.

Woah! ANOTHER Heroquest character painted same time here! :D
Imo you should work on smoothness of the flesh - some diluted paint should nicely blend colors already used.

Heya,

They are fun little miniatures to paint, although they do lack detail. It gives you the option to paint it on though i suppose!

The skin isn't finished yet, it's had the shadows / highlights and mid tones put on and now as you've mentioned needs to be blended together.

At work today but will be doing more painting tomorrow and should get him finished! :D
