AE-WWII Painting Contest

YOUR MISSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT, IS TO PAINT AN AE-WWII MINIATURE AND TURN IN PHOTOS BY NOVEMBER 9TH. JUDGING WILL BE DONE BY THE DARKSON DESIGNS STAFF AND THE WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED NOVEMBER 13TH.

THE ONLY RULE IS THAT YOU MUST ENTER AE-WWII MINIATURES. YOU CAN CONVERT AND USE PARTS FROM OTHER MINIATURE LINES BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE MINIATURE MUST BE AN AE-WWII MINIATURE. YOU HAVE FREE REIGN ON WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ENTRY TO BE; IT CAN BE ANYTHING FROM A SINGLE MINIATURE, SQUAD, DIORAMA, OR EVEN A COMPLETE FORCE. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES TO THE CONTEST AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BE IN THE CORE RULE BOOK. HOWEVER, ONLY ONE OF YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE ABLE TO WIN.

MINIATURES CAN BE SUBMITTED ANY TIME DURING THE CONTEST, THOUGH NONE WILL BE SHOWCASED TILL THE DAY AFTER THE FINAL SUBMISSION DATE. SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TILL MIDNIGHT, PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, ON THE CLOSING DATE OF THE CONTEST. SUBMISSIONS AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE WILL POST ALL ENTRIES AND THE WINNERS ON THE DARKSON DESIGNS WEB SITE AS WELL AS THE AE-WWII FORUM.

THE DARKSON DESIGNS STAFF WILL ALSO PICK PHOTOS FROM THE CONTEST TO BE PRINTED IN THE CORE RULE BOOK. PHOTOS MUST BE AVAILABLE AS A HI-RESOLUTION 300 DPI IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PLACEMENT IN THE CORE RULE BOOK.

PRIZES:
WE WILL BE AWARDING PRIZES FOR FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD PLACE WINNERS. THE PRIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1) FIRST PLACE: A COPY OF THE AE-WWII CORE RULE BOOK AND SPECIAL EDITION MINIATURE.

2) SECOND PLACE: A STARTER FORCE OF YOUR CHOICE (AMERICAN, GERMAN OR RUSSIAN).

3) THIRD PLACE: A SPECIAL EDITION MINIATURE.
