How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

The foot aint' all this bad. The pose of the mini is very good IMO and you made him pretty detailed. Now you should only use GS to fill the glued places of the rifle.

Looking forward to see him painted :cyclops:

Cool conversion. Foot doesn't look out of size from the pic. . .

I bet he can kick real hard with that foot ;)

It doesn't look too bad :) Just sharpen the edges a bit and try to smoothen some spots and I'm sure that it will look ok once painted.

nice pose and well done - we have to bear in minds it's Sławek's first work; besides we all know what is said about men with big feet... 8) :D :wink: )
as Mahon said - fill the gaps with gs or use sandpaper to smooth them;
where did You get his backpack? is it resin made?

Some people just have big feet! So this is entirely acceptable. Love his backpack! Where is that from?

Nice one Slawek :wink:

can i make some sugestions that i think that will improve your already nice convo?

for me the GS foot is not that big, in fact its quite nice size wise, the bottom part of the foot (sausache) should be more flat and rigid... the way it is right now it looks to flexible.

the normal plastic foot base could be more interesting if you add some detail to it like this

and finally the junctions of the trousers with armour need a bit more work....

concept wise this is a scout? wen i look at the mini i see a awesome bad @ss marine scout sniper love the trousers/armour concept... good work... and will be a awesome work if you do some minour details... keep up the good work.
