Re: pae's junk

http://www.fingolfin.net/gallery/full/KelianDurak.jpg A few years ago, I saw a tutorial on shaded metallics by Sebastian Archer (automaton--also the guy behind Guild of Harmony) in which he painted the Kelian Durak model from Rackham. I have always loved Rackham figures, and this one was no excepti...

Re: Reaper Miniatures

I have limited experience with the Bones miniatures, but I have to say that I'm not fond of them. To me, they are much more difficult to clean than their metal figures. I'm skeptical of their claim that you don't need to prime them, but again, that's just me.

Re: pae's junk

I've been working on this one off and on for the past year or so. It was painted for my wife, Kimberly.

Re: pae's junk

This figure has two options for each hand. In the right hand, you can choose a sword or an axe. In the left hand, you can choose between the sheild and a severed head.

No, not the famous one in Boston. Mine was the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati (Ohio, US). I'll be doing another in October.

Re: pae's junk

I've been a bit quiet lately (mostly because I was training to run a marathon, which I completed a month ago), but over the past few weeks I've been painting pretty regularly. Here's one of the two things that I've been working on lately. The other should be ready in the next week or so. This one is...
