As promised earlier this week, I have photos of my Lions of Alahan group. I am happy with the way they turned out, especially that I had a deadline to keep.
And if you want to see the miniatures on separate photos, here they are:
Enjoy. 🙂

I would like to present you beginning of my Confrontation army of Kelts of the Drune Clan. So far I painted 4 of them, but another dozens are wainting for their chance to raid and to loot!
Let’s start with 3 very naughty girls: Lanyfh of the Black Woods (limited edition mini)
Morgwen the Bloody
and Feylhin the Savage.
And here is the first of Drune Persecutors
These are the last WIP shots of my Alahan models. I will be able to share the final pictures soon, so stay tuned. 🙂
Finally I received shippment from Kingdom Death Kickstarter. I was so excited by getting those minis, that I decided to paint two of them right away!
As a first one I chose Messenger of Courage – the figure of hooded girl charging with sword and shield. The mini comes on single plastic sprue. The assembly was straightforward (one evening in my case). The casting is really good, detalis are crisp. The mould lines are really subtle and the plastic itself is very easy to work with. I painted her in bright colors to emphasize her courage 😉
The other one is Primal Huntress. Assembly was also easy and after that I could paint her in earth colors.
They may look a little “plastic”, but I like it 🙂
We received a great photo from one person that we collaborated with on an interesting project – a small force of Blood Angels Death Company terminators accompanied by a Dreadnought, the Hulk Buster.
Most of the miniatures were painted by Irkuck, back in the time when he still had time for painting miniatures and was a member of our group, the dreadnought’s banner was painted by Thor, and the last models of the army were painted by Benathai. Oh, he hasn’t presented them yet? We’ll fix this little omission really soon. 🙂
